There are twenty minutes alloted for each talk, with five extra minutes for questions. There is a blackboard and overhead projector in each lecture room. Some, but not all, lecture rooms can be used for power point presentations. These have a PC laptop equipped with windows 2000 and Adobe Acrobat. Please let us know if you plan to use a computer for your presentation, so we can assign rooms accordingly. We would like to add that since computer equipment sometimes does not behave as expected and since there is no one available from university administration on weekends it might be advisable to also have a blackboard or ordinary overhead presentation ready just in case. We will provide easels for poster presentations. These can hold posters of dimension upto 6 ft. by 4 ft. If your poster is larger than this, please let us know.
