Speakers & Program

Information for Speakers:  Student Talks: Time alloted for each talks is 20 min (with an extra 5min for questions). Each lecture room has a black boards and at least one overhead projector for transparencies. Several (but possibly not all) lecture rooms have data projection systems and/or computers. You are encouraged to bring your own laptop, however, we can provide a laptop upon request. Most of our laptops and desktops run Windows 2000, PowerPoint, Acrobat, and have Floppy and CD Drives. It is highly recommended that you discuss any special, technical needs with one of the conference organizers. It is also highly recommended that you have a black board or transparency version of your talk as back-up.     Poster Presentations: We will provide easels for poster presentations. They can hold posters of dimension upto 6 by 4 ft. If your poster is larger than this, please let us know.
