If you arrive Friday morning at the Red Roof Inn or Varsity Inn before the official check-in time, hotel staff will make an effort to check you into your room if it is available. If you arrive before check-in time and your room is not yet available, hotel staff will store your luggage and attempt to find a room for you to use to change clothes etc.
We will organize van trips between the Red Rood Inn and the department near the beginning and end of the conference schedule of each day as well as for special events. More information will be announced and distributed at or shortly before the conference.
The Red Roof Inn is less than 2 miles from the Math department. Walk or drive along Olentangy River Rd, and Lane Ave.
The Varsity Inn is also about 2 miles from the Math department. Walk or drive along King Ave, and Neil Ave, or cut through the OSU Medical Center.
There are bus routes from each of the hotels to the corner of Woody Hayes Drives and Tuttle Place, which is a block away from the Math department.
