How long have you known the applicant, and in what capacity?

What comments and recommendations do you have for this applicant?

Would this applicant benefit from the kind of experience offered by the Ross Program?

Because of the highly intense nature of our program, we are especially interested in knowing whether this applicant is strongly self-motivated and has the potential for sustained hard work on challenging mathematical themes.

Since this is a residential program in which many participants live away from home for the first time, please comment on the applicant's emotional maturity.

We appreciate your input.
