SSH Secure Shell (VERSION 2.3) Installation
- If you don't already have it and you are a current OSU faculty, staff, or student go to http://softwaretogo.osu.edu/upgrades/stg2wnx.html and download it from there.
- Once it is downloaded click on start, run, and then browse.

- Locate the directory, which you saved the download in, and double click on the file. Which should be sshwin_230.exe if you downloaded the file from the above site.

- After double clicking on the file it should return you back to the run box, now click OK.

- This will launch the install shield wizard; at this point just click next.

- Read over the license agreement and if you agree to the terms click YES, else click NO and this will exit you out of the install.

- The next screen will be choose destination location. In most situations it is best to use the default location, to do this just click next.

- The next screen will bring up a window, which will want you to select a name for the program folder and the location as well. In most situations it is best to use the default location, to do this just click next.

- Under select components make sure all four boxes are clicked then click next to continue.

- At this stage the installation program will copy all files over to the correct location.

- When the screen that comes up that says InstallShield Wizard Complete just click on the Finish button. This will exit you out of the installation program.
Congratulations you have now successfully installed SSH Secure Shell (version 2.3) on your system.
