Welcome to our website on teaching in the Department of Mathematics!
This site was developed out of the realization that much of the information about teaching in our
department is primarily announced in grand meetings at the beginning of the year or meted out in
small doses on an as-needed basis throughout the year. What a novel concept it is to allow instructors
to research information on their own initiative!
Some of the features of the this site which may be of interest:
- Resources for Students--Resources provided at the department and University levels to help our students survive.
- Resources for TAs and Faculty--A description of resources within the department and the University which support teachers of all levels.
- Quarterly Calendars--Several differents of the University calendar for use with course-planning.
- News and Events--News-sharing about current and former instructional staff and events on teaching and learning.
