Glioblastoma is a brain tumor for which the life expectancy is less than one year. A new approach to treatment is to inject virus particle into the tumor so that they will kill the cancer cells but not the healthy cells. We shall present a mathematical model for such a therapeutic approach. From the model we infer that current virus used in experiments will not cure the tumor, but if the virus can be made to "replicate" a few times faster, it will then shrink the tumor.
