Programs to find zeros of elliptic curves near the central point (Aaron Lint)

Many programs were written to investigate zeros of elliptic curve L-functions near the central point. As some of these programs use L-function packages from a colleague at another institution that are not publically available, the programs cannot be posted here, but are available upon request.
