Officers. Following the recommendation of the Board, inserted some language in Article 3:

Following the recommendation of Scott Roberts, inserted some clarifying language in Article 3:

Fixed typographical errors in Article 9.
A few spelling inconsistencies corrected throughout the proposed bylaws.
Officers are to be drawn from the Board (affects Article 7 and the
implementing resolution) and in Article 4: may not serve more than two
consecutive terms in the same office, and Secretary
maintains other records as directed by the Board in place of
subscribers.
