1. Approval of Bylaws

The Bylaws of the Recreational Folk Dancers of Columbus (RFDC) take effect immediately on approval by the governing bodies of 2/3 of the current members of the Recreational Folk Dancers of Columbus provided such approval is obtained by March 31, 2004.

2. Service of current officers

Unless removed by the Representatives, as provided in Article 7, current officers will continue to serve in the interim until the end of the calendar year in which approval of these Bylaws is obtained.  This interim service does not count towards the two-term limit on consecutive service in Article 7.
