Lecture Notes
Although the course will mostly follow the textbook (but not in
sequential order, cf. syllabus), occasionally we will
deviate to cover some supplemental material. On such days I will ask a volunteer
to take careful notes. These notes will be scanned, placed on this web server, and
linked to this page.
